Francis Financials Javaun's Reality.
Initially, I created this blog because I heard about tumblr—just like I heard about myspace, facebook, and twitter—and thought I had to have one. That’s pretty much why I still have it, but now that you’re here, take a step into my world. If you scroll down and see numbers and other Finance related ‘things,’ then you’ll realize what it is that I truly love—no joke, I can sit down and read about what’s going on in the market all day long and feel like I still need to read some more. Besides Finance, I have an interests in fashion—nothing to deep though. It’s the NYer in me (and the Jamaican in me) that pulls me toward fashion. I’m always hungry for info and knowledge is unlimited so I’ll continue to learn.

The Facebook IPO is one to look out for this year:
“ If and when Facebook lists, there’s a good chance it will take Amazon’s and Google’s approach to not obsessing about quarterly earnings results. In a WSJ interview, Mark Zuckerberg names them as firms he admires, declaring Amazon as a “great example,” of “focusing on the long term and accepting shorter margins in the short term. “

Back in the Bean. Ready for another semester of rigor, fun, and ultimately, life lessons. Last semester (a little over 2 months), I learned a lot—not just academically, but about myself, what life entails, and what’s left to discover/explore.
Let’s see what Spring Semester has in store for me …
